To Report a Claim :
During normal business hours, please contact your agent to report your
claim. If you do not know how to contact your agent or if your agent is
not available, please call us directly at 1-800-262-8495 and press “1”
for claims.
After Millville Mutual’s normal
business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and
on weekends and holidays, please contact us at 1-800-262-8495. You will
need to press “5” to report a new claim.
To leave a message for an adjuster on an existing
claim, please enter that adjuster’s extension. To reach the employee
listing to find an extension, press the star (*) key.
